AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality of our garments and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept your return for a Store Credit provided that the garment is unworn, has no stains, and unwashed with original tags attached and is within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
- TROPICALDREAM does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases unless the product is deemed faulty.
- Should you wish to return your items, TROPICALDREAM does not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure that your return postage is tracked as we are not liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel.
- Discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your credit will be the amount you paid after any discounts and does not include shipping costs.
- Please note, your return may be rejected if your return does not meet our policy.

Items purchased on sale are final and we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for these items. We ask that you please choose items carefully before making your purchase.
If you receive an item with a defect believed to be faulty, we kindly ask to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images and your order details to organise a return.
In the case of a refund (for faulty items) a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (gift cards are non refundable), within 2-3 business days.
