STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Due to our order processing time, we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on NSW public holidays.
Domestic Delivery
All domestic Australia orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping and 2-8 business days for standard shipping.

Free Standard Shipping for orders $250.00 and over.

Standard Shipping for orders under $250.00 is $10.

Express Shipping for all orders is $15.
Delivery times listed above and are an estimate only. Please note, express shipping orders are still subject to our processing times. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that Tropicaldream is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders to Western Australia or outside of a metropolitan area. This delivery information may be updated at our discretion at any time.
All online orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in Byron Bay, Australia. Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
International Delivery
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post and flat rate shipping fees will be added to your order. Please allow 5-21 business days for delivery. Additionally, international customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
Lost In Transit
Once your order has been packed with love and has left our warehouse it is then in the hands of Australia Post. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered, please launch an investigation with AusPost here. For more information, read more.
PRE-ORDERS
At Tropicaldream, we offer select items on pre-order so you can secure your favourite pieces either before they officially launch or after they've sold out. Please make sure to read the product description carefully for the estimated shipping timeframe listed for each pre-order item.
All of our garments are ethically handmade in Bali, where quality craftsmanship and care are our top priorities. However, please note that Bali has frequent local ceremonies and cultural holidays, which are deeply respected by our team and community. Because of this, shipping dates may occasionally shift slightly.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we work to bring you beautiful, consciously-made pieces. If there are any unexpected delays, we will do our best to keep you informed. Thank you for supporting ethical fashion and slow fashion.
