How is my current spend calculated?
We check your spending over the past 12 months every day. Returns and refunds won't count toward your yearly spend.
Your spend updates once your orders are processed and sent out.
Are there any minimum purchase requirements when using redeemed vouchers?
None, but you can only use your voucher once, and it is only valid for one-time purchases.
How can I check if I have earned reward points?
You can view your points balance when you're logged in to your account or simply click the Rewards launcher (gift icon at the lower right corner).
I forgot to use my voucher code! Can it be applied after I've placed my order?
