Refund policy
Australian & International Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept your return for store credit, provided that the garment is unworn, unwashed, free of stains (including dog or cat hair), with original tags attached, and returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Refunds: Tropicaldream does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases unless the product is deemed faulty.
- Return Shipping Costs: Tropicaldream does not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure that your return postage is tracked, as we are not liable in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the return parcel.
- Discount Codes: Discount codes have no cash value. If a return is made, your credit will be the amount you paid after any discounts or shipping.
- Return Policy Compliance: Please note, your return may be rejected if it does not meet our policy criteria.

Return Processing: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

NO Returns / Exchanges on SALE Items
All items purchased during a sale (including Black Friday, Afterpay Sales, Flash Sales, and items listed on our Sale page) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By purchasing at a discounted price, you acknowledge and agree to our no returns or exchanges policy. We are able to offer these special discounts by making sale items final sale. It's the trade-off that allows us to keep our prices lower. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. We appreciate your understanding. 🤍
NO REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and have never provided refunds. However, you are welcome to return the item in perfect condition. Once we have received and approved the return, we can issue you a store credit, which can be used on any of our beautiful skirts, tops, kimonos, or accessories.
We are happy to assisting you; however, we ask that all communication remains respectful. If correspondence becomes abusive, aggressive, or threatening, we may choose not to respond to further emails.
Missed a Sale
If you have missed a sale and your order has already been processed, we regret to inform you that we cannot cancel your order. However, as a courtesy, we are happy to provide you with a sale code for your next purchase. Please email us as soon as you realize you missed a sale. Include your order number and the percentage of the sale you missed.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item with a defect believed to be faulty, please contact us at hello@tropicaldream.co with images and your order details to organize a return.
In the case of a refund for faulty items, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (gift cards are non-refundable) within 2-3 business days.
